Mudrun in 6 days. 6.2 bf miles some mud, in about an hour and 15. Gps cut out again on the mountain.

MudRun in 1 week. I ran 6.2 miles barefoot and cross country in 1:18:00. Hopefully, I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow...

Official time for the Shamrock Run is : 32:02 pace time 10:19 per mile.

I've walked the mountain the natural park in on before. Today I ran it in my V-5fs and it took 40 mins. Weather was perfect!
